Trussardi Ready To Wear Spring Summer 2014 Milan

BIRKENSTOCKS

A blast from the past trend to follow this season.!

Celine last summer transformed the shape in an elegant resort alike sandal.
I will restate the style for sure again, especially pairing with soft wide leg pants and an urban airy top.

Mules

The hottest shoe of the season..!
Is back from  late 90s and early 00s.
I remembered my mother loving them.
Would you wear them?
Yet I have to say that it's one of those shoes that's happily simple to translate from the runway and will work equally well in the office as paired with boyfriend jeans.
I will totally wear them mostly with soft office pants, straigh cropped ones and simple jeans.

Enjoy your walks

Currently, is one of my favorites.. I would say for.. the variety of options that the city gives to anyone, plenty of activities and everyday chances that offers and for the multi-cultural people that surrounde the whole beat. As for entertaining, shopping, going out, arts and culture, London is the capital of them.

My breakfast

Healthy living
Daria Werbowy for Elle magazine

Summer is on it's way and the bikini season has officially started.
Start your day by preparing a great meal- A breakfast full of vitamins and proteins- Personally, I love yogurt with fruits, muesli and honey. In yogurt you can find the protein that your metabolism need. Sometimes I add seeds of goji berries and a mixture of nuts (almonds-raisins)
You can try the following recipe which is very fresh, healthy and yet tasty.

Ingredients

1 lb plain yogurt
2 or 1 tbsps honey 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (if you want)

Mixing fruits
mango
strawberries
apple
banana

Ballet

THE HEALTHY BENEFITS OF BALLET

 Self-Confidence

The study of ballet helps in the development of self-confidence. The ballerina learns what her body and mind are capable of. By the end of the class, as skills are combined in a performance, the dancer realizes that what she now can perform is beautiful. The confidence developed is useful for both children and adults.

Connection to Others

Both in ballet class and while studying for a performance, one has an opportunity to develop skills in communication and relating to others.

Focus and Concentration

Ballet requires a lot of serious concentration and focus. When taking a ballet class, the student needs to be aware of where he is in relation to others, where he is in the room and how his body is moving. There are many specific movements of the hands and feet that are learned. This requires memorization and learning how to sequence movements.

Stress Relief

Through ballet, you will learn an outlet for emotional expression. By using your body to express emotions, it helps to integrate the mind and the body.

Flexibility

An important benefit of ballet is flexibility, better posture, toning and strengthening of muscles, sweating out toxins, and many more.
Whether you are looking for an after-school activity for your child, or a way to get some exercise, ballet has many benefits for both children and adults.
