Launch at the office:
-Quinoa Salad with salmon-
Cherry tomatoes, fresh salmon, avocado slices, cucumber, salt, pepper, fresh oregano & basil,lime juice.
Cold Beverage:
-Green Tea with ice and lemon slices-
Quick Snack:
-Whole grain toast with avocado, cottage cheece, chicken or turkey slice (tomatoe if you wish!)-

-Fruit Juice-
Fresh Summer Mix (Watermelon, melon, peach, lemon etc) Ideal drink to accompany you at the beach!
