Περιέχει αγαπημένες φράουλες, μπανάνα, γάλα κεφιρ, λίγο νερο και μέλι

Δοκιμάστε το αύριο στο πρωινό σας και θα με θυμηθείτε!

Υλικά που θα χρειαστείτε: 

• 3-4 φράουλες
• 1 μπανάνα 
• Γάλα κεφίρ με γεύση φράουλα
• Μια κ.σ μέλι 
• Λίγο εμφιαλωμένο νερό
