Μy blog is excited to collaborate with the young and tallented Cyprus based jewellery and textile designer Eleni Sophocleous. I had the chance to pick two unique items from her latest ''Egyptian Boufa'' collection. There are all handmade made by wood, silver and other modern materials.
Ι really loved that she combined great oriental influences with conterporary pop colors like magenta pink. My maquillage was made by an La Prairie make up artist, using Estee Lauder ''Lucidity''foundation, Lancome ''Hypnose Drama'' mascara and La Prairie ''Cellular lip'' fire red lipstick.See additional E:S designs info here.

Gravitation or gravity is a natural phenomenon by which all physical bodies attract each other. Gravity gives weight to physical objects and causes them to fall toward the ground when dropped.
In modern physics, gravitation is most accurately described by the general theory of relativity (proposed by Einstein) which describes gravitation as a consequence of the curvature of spacetime. For most situations gravity is well approximated by Newton's law of universal gravitation, which postulates that the gravitational force of two bodies of mass is directly proportional to the product of their masses and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them.
In pursuit of a theory of everything, the merging of general relativity and quantum mechanics (or quantum field theory) into a more general theory of quantum gravity has become an area of active research. It is hypothesised that the gravitational force is mediated by a massless spin-2 particle called the graviton, and that gravity would have separated from the electronuclear force during the grand unification epoch.

MY DETOX SOUP

ΑΠΟΤΟΞΙΝΩΤΙΚΗ MINESTRONE

Προετοιμασία: 15 λεπτά

Ψήσιμο: 20 λεπτά

Υλικά για 1 μερίδα

• 1 καρότο • 1 σκληρή πατάτα • 1 χούφτα καθαρισμένος αρακάς • 8 μπουκετάκια λάχανο ρομανέσκο • 70 ml ζωμός λαχανικών • 1 ποτήρι βρασμένο αναποφλοίωτο βιολογικό ρύζι • 2 αστεροειδείς γλυκάνισοι • αλάτι • φρεσκοτριμμένο πιπέρι

Εκτέλεση

Καθαρίζουμε το καρότο, το κόβουμε σε ροδέλες, το προσθέτουμε μαζί με τον γλυκάνισο στον ζωμό λαχανικών και το αφήνουμε να σιγοβράσει για 15 λεπτά σε σκεπασμένη κατσαρόλα. Κρατάμε το ζωμό και χτυπάμε το καρότο στο μπλέντερ με λίγο αλατοπίπερο.
Βράζουμε την πατάτα με τη φλούδα της σε αλατισμένο νερό, την ξεφλουδίζουμε και την κόβουμε σε ροδέλες. Σε μία άλλη κατσαρόλα με αλατισμένο νερό που βράζει, ρίχνουμε τον αρακά και το ρομανέσκο. Αφήνουμε να βράσουν για πέντε λεπτά και στραγγίζουμε. Την ώρα του σερβιρίσματος, βάζουμε σε μία κατσαρόλα τον ζωμό καρότου με τα λαχανικά και το ρύζι, ζεσταίνουμε σε χαμηλή φωτιά, και απολαμβάνουμε.

A- I love going to work. Because what i do, it’s not a job and it’s not work. It’s my passion. It’s about relationships, creativity and giving. A jewel has it all and I'm inspired by it all. And I’m inspired by women, too. Passionate women who are in touch with their femininity and vulnerability and who aren’t afraid to show either. That takes courage and being yourself. And I think authenticity is such a wonderful and beautiful attribute. It takes a lot to just be yourself and that inspires me. My incredible family. My husband and three children. I cherish poetry and love walking alone in modern art museums anywhere I travel. Fashion. Architecture. Diamonds. Anything that has a story to tell inspires me.
Q-Describe us your personal style
A- Every day gets a different outfit. On week days when I go to work I tend to favor black turtle necks, black long legged jeans, black suede platform shoes, and maybe a black fur jacket. Did i mention black? Sometimes flat black ballerina shoes. On days when I work from my studio you might find me wearing a simple blue and white striped t-shirt with cropped jeans. And probably barefoot, too.
