Can I have amazing and glowing hair now?

Here are some tips to make your hair grow faster and of course healthier than ever before. 

#daily
Use a brush with natural boar bristles.
Don’t braid or put your hair in a ponytail when it is still wet.
Avoid chemical treatments such as bleaching, perms, coloring or highlighting.
Minimize heat styling with things such as hot combs, hair dryers and curling irons.

#weekly
Apply once a week a laurel oil mask in order to moisturise deeply your hair.

#monthly
Trim Your Hair at least once a month.

Συχνά θα αναρωτιέστε με τι τρόπους τα μαλλιά σας θα γίνουν πιο λαμπερά, μεταξένια και μακριά.
Και εγώ το ίδιο, και για αυτό μοιράζομαι κάποια βασικά τιπς που με έχουν βοηθήσει αρκετά!

#Πρωί-βράδυ
Αρχικά το βούρτσισμα είναι πολύ σημαντικό διότι ενεργοποιεί τη κυκλοφορία του αίματος σε εκείνη τη περιοχή, ξύνει τα νεκρά κύτταρα και έτσι βοηθάει στο υγιές μάκρυμα των μαλλιών. 
Εγώ χρησιμποποιώ μία φαρδιά βούρτσα από φυσική τρίχα που ξεμπερδεύει αμέσως χωρίς να τραβάει και να σπάει τη τρίχα.
Αποφεύγετε να πιάνετε τα μαλλιά σας κότσο ή αλογοορά όσο είναι βρεγμένα διότι είναι αρκετά ευαίσθητα να σπάσουν καθώς και τις χημικές βαφές. 
Ελαχιστοποιείστε όσο το δυνατόν περισσότερο το πιστολάκι, τις υψηλές θερμοκρασίες και τα σίδερα διότι δημιουργούν φοβερή ψαλίδα, καίνε σταδιακά τα μαλλιά και τα θαμπώνουν.

#Μετά το μπάνιο 
Σίγουρα θα απλώσω σιλικόνη ή σέρουμ στις άκρες μετά το μπάνιο και το καθιερωμένο χτένισμα. 

#Εβδομαδιαία
Μία φορά την εβδομάδα κάνω μία μάσκα στα μαλλιά μου από δαφνέλαιο. Το βρίσκω στο φαρμακείο και είναι απολύτως φυσικό προιόν. Απλώνω σε νωπά μαλλιά το προιόν, τα κλείνω μέσα σε μία πετσέτα ελαφρά, έτσι ώστε να δημιουργηθεί υγρασία και να δράσει πιο αποτελεσματικά, το αφήνω για περίπου 1 ώρα και ύστερα ξεπλένω με άφθονο χλιαρό νερό και σωστό λούσιμο. Επίσης όσες έχετε ξηροδερμία το δαφνέλαιο θα σας βοηθήσει πολύ καθώς λειτουργεί σαν τροφή για το τριχωτό της κεφαλής.   

#Μηνιαία
Τα κόβω συστηματικά μία φορά το μήνα, έστω ελάχιστα και μπορεί και μόνη μου αρκετές φορές για να δυναμώνουν και να καθαρίζουν οι άκρες (φέρνοντας τα όλα μπροστά μετά το μπάνιο)

 It was like a couple of hours of joy with friends.. It couldn't be better than it was..The scene was at Tzia. A small island in Greece, almost 1 hour far from the city of Athens and I could definately say that is a perfect getaway and a value for money choice for everyone.
